Description


This is an announcement of intent to sole source. Naval Information Warfare Center
Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to
Oklahoma State University. The University will provide electrical engineering support,
including circuit design and simulation tasking. This notice of intent to sole source is NOT
a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The order will be awarded in accordance with
FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A determination by the Government not
to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the
Government. Authority for other than full and open competition is in accordance with 10
U.S.C. 2394 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies
or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 with a
size standard of $25.5 million.
