Description


This requirement is for a Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement for the Xevo G2-XS Q-Tof with Acquity UPLC M-Class. Software updates for the MLYNX program included with the system also needs to be covered by the contract. The maintenance on this equipment must be performed by a certified mass spectrometry technician. This certification is required to ensure the equipment operates within factory specifications. The equipment must operate within factory specifications to maintain consistency in research data. Additionally, the vendor must be able to provide onsite maintenance and respond to email or phone call technical support requests within 48 hours from notice. Vendor must be an authorized maintenance provider for Waters Technologies Corporation for the mass spectrometer.
