THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal or quotation. No contract action will be awarded from this notice. There is no final solicitation or specifications available currently. This notice is a market research tool used for planning purposes only to determine the availability and capability of small businesses that can perform the work described herein. All information contained in this Sources Sought Notice is preliminary as well as subject to modification and is in no way binding on the Government.

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is seeking a response to this Source Sought Notice from Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, certified HUBZone Small Business, and certified 8(a) Businesses with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability to meet the requirements in a future request for quotation.

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) staff occupy multiple locations throughout the District of Columbia. To meet OSHA and ANSI requirements, CSOSA is seeking small businesses capable of providing wall-mounted first aid kits and has the capability to replenish/restock first aid kit supplies on a quarterly basis.at CSOSA’s multiple locations

Request interested parties provide the following information:

· Name of company and business address.

· Company point of contact, including name, phone number, and email address;

· Whether the company is registered in SAM. If not, identify plans for completing this registration.

 · Company Unique Entity Identification (if registered in SAM.gov);

· Small Business Status for the NAICS identified in this announcement.

· Brief capability statement identifying experience resupplying first aid kits that meet OSHA and ANSI standards on a routine basis.

· Response to the following questions:

  1. What capability does your firm have in providing Class B First Aid Kits IAW American National Standards Institute’s standards?

  1. Does your firm have the capability to obtain and replenish/restock first aid kit supplies quarterly?
