In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Detroit Sector intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with DTE ENERGY COMPANY, 1 Energy PLZ, Detroit, Michigan 48226, for Camera Installation/Deinstallation Services for systems located on DTE Energy Poles.  The period of performance for this requirement shall be for a base period from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 and One (1) option year exercisable at the government’s discretion. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561621, small business size standard it $22.0 M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
