THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, RATHER MARKET RESEARCH TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE BUY INDIAN ACT AND DETERMINATION OF SET-ASIDE.
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is seeking to identify Small Business sources capable of performing Annual on-site preventative maintenance services on optometry anciallary testing equipment. Any vendor responding to this notice should submit their capability statement.
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes, or proposals at this time.
INSTRUCTIONS TO INDUSTRY
Any business that is in any small business category are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. However, firms must also understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. To be considered a capable source, responses must directly demonstrate the company’s capability, experience, and ability to provide services as described in the attached statement of work.
Responses which do not provide the requested information specified in this sources sought notice will be considered non-responsive.
