The U.S. Embassy Kigali seeks qualified contractors to supply and install commercial-grade LED lighting fixtures as
part of Phase 2 of its energy efficiency upgrade initiative. The project includes removal of existing fixtures,
installation of new LED fixtures, testing, and compliance with U.S. National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations,
and Embassy safety protocols. Deliverables include an inventory list, manufacturer datasheets, warranty
documentation, and a signed project completion form. The project must be completed within 30 working days of
the Notice to Proceed. Interested offerors must meet technical specifications, including ISO 8995-1 / CIE S 008 and
EN 12464-1 standards for workplace lighting.
