The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can replenish Supply and Equipment Trailer 3 (DHS-50508T) to 100% readiness in preparation for the 2026 Hurricane Season and in support of Disaster 4781DR-TX.
Contractors who are interested are invited to provide responses to the questions expressed in Section 3 of this Sources Sought Notice document that is attached to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson, via email at destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 4:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The email subject line must contain the following: “Response to Sources Sought Notice, Supply and Equipment Trailer 3 Replenishment (Denton, Texas)”.
The forthcoming procuremnet shall be awarded to one awardee, henceforth, the awardee must be able to provide all 194 items in a timely fashion.
