Description

The Indian Health Service, Office of Human Resources, Division of Workforce Relations and Policy is requesting contractual services with Dr. Gail Funke, to close out one-week for the Executive Development Program, one-week of the LEAD (Lead, Engage and Developing Others) Program, and two offerings (three-day virtual) of the Emerging Leader Program.

The estimated cost for the period of June – December 2025, to complete three leader development programs for 30 participants, total cost not-to-exceed $75,000.

Due to the limited time constraints to meet the required performance for the next program offering scheduled in June 2025, there is not ample time to secure another vendor to provide the distinctive requested services. Additionally, for continuity and consistency, it is in the best interest of the organization and program participants to continue services from the pre-existing IAA IHS held with the Office of Personnel Management.

The Indian Health Services plans to solicit for competition for FY26 to ensure competition on future program requirements for these services.
