Description


The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, has identified a need for the replacement of the end-of-life laptops and various IT peripheral equipment that is necessary to maintain operational capability, cybersecurity compliance, and workforce productivity. 

The purpose of this Request for Quote is to seek quotes from authorized resellers and distributors for the supply of Dell equipment.

Offerors must identify the exact brand name, model, and specifications of the items they are proposing, and be an authorized reseller or distributor of the specified brand (which is Dell). All quotes must match the specified Dell part number and configurations exactly, without specifications or deviations. The Government reserves the right to verify authorization directly with the OEM. Offerors must provide a letter or certificate of authorization upon request. 

The solicitation is a small business set-aside. This procurement will be evaluated under a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

The Government's range of affordability is $310,000.00 for this request. Vendors are advised that quotes significantly exceeding this range may not be considered for award.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519, with a small business size standard of $34 million.

All email correspondence, including quotes, clarifications, proposal submissions, must include the RFQ Identifier "FEMA Region VI: IT Lifecycle Refresh - 70FBR625Q00000036," in the subject line of the email. This requirement ensures proper tracking and timely handling of communications. 

All questions shall be submitted to Contracting Officer, Destiny Dyson via email at Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov. During the solicitation period, the Contracting Officer will not be accepting telephone inquiries.

Offerors are strongly encouraged the specifications sheets  prior to submitting questions, as these sections address many commonly asked topics.
